Trying to get pregnant
I am using progesterone cream everyday of the month as per my naturopath, which I realize is not the norm. I will be trying to conceive shortly and I understand that using prog cream can stop ovulation. Should I continue to use the cream and stop for a couple days at OV to make sure that I do ovulate....or cut back my dosage. Or not use it the first 14 days on my cycle and use just before my expected ovulation.
I just want to make sure that I do ovulate?
