Hi, I used the 'contact us' button and submitted a question several days ago and I've yet to hear back from anyone so I'll ask here -
I need to submit a return for an unopened, still plastic wrapped, pump dispenser. I just placed a second round of 3 pump dispenser order and used 1, started using a second, and have the third, unopened. I noticed with the first pump in the second order fulfillment, that the pump action isn't pumping correctly. I'll press the pump and nothing comes out so I'll have to sit there and press it a bunch of times to sometimes get half a dispense, and then I'll get a full pump dispense.
Anyhow, what I need to know how/if I can return the unopened and preferrable this second pump that I've only used a few days (noticing this pump action issue with this second container as well)
Could you please advice how to return, where, what will be refunded?
