Spotting

I am 36 years old and no children. A year ago I use progesterone cream, the 15th-26th days. My menstruation cycle is 26-day. Is spotting before menstruation, lasts up to 10 to 14 days before menstruation. Because of the progesterone cream initially improved, reduced bleeding for 6-8 days. Over the past two months my condition worsened, but I do not know why. I'm afraid the wrong dosage. The last month I increased the dose of 3 g / day, but have already started bleeding at 18 days and was strong enough. I would like to ask exactly which days to use the cream? How many grams per day to use it? Already I'm very upset about this. I want to get better, but this condition did not improve. What more can I do?

Hi Edina I see you must be using a different progesterone cream to the one we supply. If you have spotting before Menstruation we would have suggested you use the progesterone daily, through any bleeding of rat least 3 months. This should be long enough but it's impossible to tell. Please see our page on How to use Progesterone Cream. I'm not sure what you mean by 3g/day, is that 3g of cream? And how much progesterone does it contain? It would be best if you asked the company you got the cream from for advice. One final thing, please have a Vitamin D test done, a lack of this reduces the benefits of progesterone. Take care Wray
