Sinus issues from estrogen dominance

I am a 53 year old woman with normal periods and I have been using over the counter progesterone creams (plant based) I have found they work when I first open them and stop working within a week.
Reading through your material I thought I was becoming resistant to progesterone.. I develop serve sinus infections from estrogen dominance. I have ordered your 100 mg cream hoping for relief.
Any information on doctors in my area that know this info??? I live in 44233 zip code in Ohio. Thank you
