I cannot get to the questionnaire. I've filled in my email and clicked the link. It tells me I've already subscribed. I did subscribe to the newsletter and have received several emails. Ordered some of the cream, but I'd like to see the questionnaire. Does it exist or is it a matter of clicking through all the links on this website?
Am interested....but would like to see the questionnaire.
I am post-menopause..at least think I am. Take a ton of supplements for a myriad of issues and am frustrated. Nothing seems to be helping. I have a great life, a wonderful husband, and living in a place I love and have a job that I mostly like. I want to feel better.
Have looked at the list of symptoms...have several. I'm a high-stress person. Do I have more stress than anyone else in today's world...don't know. I have a considerable amount of arthritis. It is osteo--at least that is what I've been told. Was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and am using a C-Pap machine on a trial basis. I am not grossly overweight and do not have high blood pressure. There is considerable cancer in my family history and I've had two very early stage melanomas removed. Have also had pre-cancerous polyps in my colon. Because of my own cancer scares and the strong family history, taking any kind of hormone is of concern to me. I've been diagnosed as hypo-thyroid and have taken synthroid for lots of years. I also take an anti-depressant and have taken that for years. The supplements I take are "natural"--at least are purported to be.
I've always been a believer in exercise and have done some forms of it during most of my life. The arthritis in my joints, primarily in my knees, is making that much harder now. I did begin a strength training regiment several month ago to increase my muscle tone to help with recoup time from the eventual knee replacements I face. Also to help with chronic pain in my neck and shoulders as a result of two whip-lash injuries and sitting at a desk at a computer for endless hours.
The sleep apnea diagnosis comes as a result of my searching for a cause for extreme fatigue. That search has also resulted in taking an antihistamine for inflammation in my bladder that results in waking up several times a night to go to the bathroom.
Enough of my complaining......you get the picture. Is there a questionnaire? If so, I'd like to look at it. I'd also like to find a doctor in my area that uses more holistic forms of medicine. I don't like taking a lot of drugs...but I want to take what I need to take to feel better. If you have any suggestions for how to find one....I'm interested. I do see a chiropractor here what I like and see on routine basis, but they can't write scripts for medicine or for diagnostic tests.
I look forward to a response.
