Progesterone to avoid Miscarriage

by Lisa
(England)

Dear Wray, I have been reading the many articles on your site with regard to using Progesterone in early pregnancy in order to avoid miscarriage.

I have suffered two confirmed m/c, both at 6 weeks. For the past 5 months I have been taking my waking BBT and the post ovulation temps are not that much higher than the pre-ovulation temps. I've also taken the Progesterone Deficiency questionnaire which has given me the result that I am 'High Probability' for deficiency.

I am therefore considering using the Natpro cream. Could you please advise the amount you suggest I need to take in order to possibly help? Thank you and regards.

Hi Lisa. Temps can vary between 0.5 to 2 degrees F post ovulation, 0.5 is not much higher than normal, so you could still be ovulating. You might find this web page helpful in tracking the results.

Please see this web page, it gives as much information as I can find on pregnancy and progesterone. Take care, Wray
