Hi wray sorry to bother you again I still have not received my package I wrote to you before and was informed by mal that my order was returned to warehouse and then reshipped to me on mon 26 Jan as I paid $38 shipping I thought I would have it by now I emailed mal a couple days ago but have had no reply any way you can help thank you in advance

Hi Denise It seems to be spooked! It should surely have come to you by now, Michigan to Florida is not that far. I have sent an email to Mal, but do know he has so many queries on his plate that it will be a few days before he can answer you. I've not been able to answer you until today, as there was a major glitch on my computer and I wasn't able to access our server site where all the queries come. Take care Wray

Thank you wray for looking into this for me but I'm getting tired and frustrated with this order I mean I ordered on dec 4 th 2014 I d not know where the fault is you are a godsend for women but in all honesty customer service is useless I will not order again but I love your work but at this point I am asking for a refund

Hi Denise I'm so sorry this is happening, but the fulfilment house does keep sending out your cream to you. It seems the fault lies not with us but the postal service. I don't know what else we can do. I made enquiries our end and was given this info…..

Address supplied by Denise. 2 extra tubes were added (7 in all) as compensation for the delay (which was not our fault as she changed the address and no one was there to accept the goods) and yet again tracking shows Fedex are returning the package.
In the meantime she had lodged a claim through PayPal who tell us she will be refunded once she returns the goods."

Is the address correct? Was someone there to receive it? You've been such a support over the years, but I really don't know what else we can do. Can you speak to the postal service about it? Take care Wray

Hi wray this is the correct address and I have been to the PO box every day I know you're not at fault but the mailing service but at this point idont know what to do all our other mail and parcels are getting here with no problem I don't understand it I'm getting frustrated because I'm out of cream and I have not contacted pay pal for 2 weeks they keep emailing me and I assured them I would receive package and yes I did change my address but my last order arrived here with no problem I don't know what to do

There is something I dont understand about there was no one here to receive it do they think I stand outside the PO every morning at 900am I don't at this point what I can do I spoke to PO they said there was no problem with other package and they don't know why this happened but all in all I don't want a refund just my cream ASAP all I can say is when it gets back to warehouse send it back through USPS not fed ex thank you for your help Denise

Hi wray I went back to the post office today explained to the manager what had happened only to find out that when we opened the PO box a form should have been filled out so that we could receive postage from fedex they never told us this from the start and I'm sorry this happened but would ask that the package be resent via USPS thank you for all your help

Hi Denise I'm so relieved! Very odd not to have told you about the form, although I find it strange you have to fill one it. I would have thought a notice could have been put in the PO Box automatically. I have sent an email to Mal to re-deliver the cream. I only hope it gets to you this time! Take care Wray

Thank you wray for you for all your help with this matter I received my natpro finally today after 3 months but I don't understand why did I have to wait for natpro to restock what happened to my package that was sent back to warehouse and I did not receive the 2 extra tubes mal said he was sending for my inconvenience and high postage cost though I know it was not your fault thank you Denise

Hi Denise So pleased you did get it after all. Don't forget that 3 months was also caused by incorrect addresses and no one being there to receive the parcel, more a fault of the postal service! I can't answer your query as I'm not on that side of things. But my guess is that once back in the fulfilment house, they would have sent it out with the next order, rather than keep it for you. I'll check up on the 2 tubes for you. Take care Wray
