I wanted to know if you can ship to Canada without a problem. I've heard customs can confiscate some products. I live in British Columbia, Canada. I would like to order Natpro, but only if it can be shipped without a problem from the United States

Hello again:

I wanted to ask Wray how often I should take the Yam cream I've ordered? I didn't have my period for six to nine months and now I've been on my period since May 6, and it's June 12. I will be 53 this week, and don't know when to use the Yam cream. I've heard this mimics progesterone.

I have ordered yam cream, and will be using it. But I want to know when should I start taking it since my period hasn't stopped yet, and it's June 12. Maybe it won't stop. I don't have hot flashes.
