How much Natpro - plain english Teaspoons

by Robyn H
(Boston, MA)

Hello all,
Ok, - Sounds simple but you want to get it right - the amount of Natpro to use. Here is my conclusion, please let me know if I am incorrect.

5ml= 1 teaspoon
1ml of NATPRO=33.3 mg.
5ml (1 teaspoon) X 33.3mg= 166.50 mg of progesterone

I am going to take 1` teaspoon of Natpro which equals=166.50 mg of Natpro.

I am going to start with that amount and decrease as I go along.

Wray, is this correct???

Thank you for any help////

Robyn H

How to use Natpro Progesterone Cream
by: Joy

Hi Robyn

Please read Wray's How to use Progesterone page - see here. It will explain exactly how much 3ml/100mg etc is. You are correct in that 1 METRIC teaspoon is 5ml. 3ml/100mg to 6ml/200mg is normally the amount recommended but this would of course depend on how severe symptoms are, the more severe, the more cream is needed.

Hope this helps.

Metric?
by: Anonymous

Is a "metric" teaspoon the same thing as the standard baking teaspoon Americans have been using for 200 years? If not, how many MG of progesterone is in a standard teaspoon of NatPro? Thank you.
