How long does it take for the Natpro to absorbed and whrn can you shower after using it? by: Joy
Hi H
A good question which has been asked and answered many times. Using the search bar helps tremendously.
Natpro Progesterone Cream absorbs very quickly, within a few minutes. I would give it 10 minutes before you take a shower, but why don't you apply the cream after the shower?
Various creams absorb differently, the thicker the cream the longer it will take to absorb.
