I'm a carer for my 22 year old daughter who suffers depression since the age of 16 and I've a medical background in massage therapy, allied health work too.
For the past month I've been hit with depression too, I'm just about to turn 50 and was looking forward to celebrating it some months back, now I'm struggling to get through daily activities. After reading your information on progesterone deficiency I knew I was on the right track as I have many of the symptoms occuring listed in the questionaire which gave me some hope back.
I've made an appointment to see a doctor here for a perscription of the progesterone cream, it does seem frustrating though to go through this process here in Australia. However I'll do whatever it takes! I feel that my daughter would benefit too as she has been on antidepressants for the duration and they do nothing and she now also suffers anxiety disorder.
So I want to thankyou for your input, story knowledge determination to give to the world that will help so many, it has helped me already and I'm very grateful! Kind regards, Charlotte.
