Help and Thank you!

Hello Wray,

Sorry for posting this message here.
Joy has tried very hard to help me(many thanks to Joy)
but, I have still not received my refund.
Besides Joy, you are the only one I know who can help me.

In 2013 November, we have aggreed for me to return 9 tubes of Natpro.
According to the DHL tracking page, the parcel arrived on 16th Dec. 2013, and delivered on TOROURKE

Now is Jan. 27 2014, I have still not received my refund.
Would you please help me! Thank you very much.

By the way, this month my mother eventually started to take Natpro again (for her pain release).
It was a good decision that I returned only 9 tubes instead of 18 tubes.
My mother in law found that Natpro helped her to sleep better, she is 72 years old. I am still taking Natpro with good result.

Wray is on sabbatical and will not be replying to any emails or posts.

Your request for a refund is with admin as you know and they will attend to matters just as soon as they can. I have personally spoken to them and your matter will be attended to. Many thanks for your patience and understanding.

I am so happy to hear that your mom is using Natpro again. So often people decide to stop and a few months later actually find that it was doing wonders for them. Progesterone is an excellent anti-inflammatory, so is Vitamin D, so please make sure that her vitamin D level is correct. Also happy to hear that you are still using Natpro and enjoying it's benefits.
