I have have had menstrual issues my entire life and I am nearing 30 now with little understanding as to what is wrong. I would go times in the past where it would last well over a month and other times I wouldn't cycle for 6 months or longer. Doctor's didn't know what to do, they'd run tests, bloodwork, ultrasounds, you name it and they'd come back with nothing.
Finally a doctor decided to go with an IUD to regulate it, and I've had it for 2 years now with no cycle. They say it's normal and I'm fine. But The weight gain is still there and feels so hard to control, more-so than normal, the anxiety and depression along with excessive facial hair. I've done so much as to get my facial hair laser-ed and it came back after several months.
All the research I've done myself makes me feel like my symptoms follow that of a progesterone deficiency but I am unsure. Would the cream help the facial hair stop growing and if it doesn't turn out to be a deficiency is there a harm in using the cream?
