Is there an applicator for placing progesterone cream in the rectum? If not, what is the best method? I have tried to digitally insert the cream but is nearly impossible to achieve.
The plunger will remove and you can fill the large end of the syringe. Place the plunger in and insert. It will take some practice. Synringes have ml measurements on them.

Hi Alan I have answered your other query under the name of Rob. This was my reply…..
A finger is difficult, which is one way I suggest to women applying it vaginally, the other option is a syringe, which always comes in ml measurements. But quite frankly it's not needed for BPH, progesterone is absorbed very quickly and within minutes has travelled through the circulation. Rubbing it over the area in question is quicker still. I recommend 10-100mg/day for men, but know of some who use 400-600mg/day for great stress. Please be aware oestrogen dominance can occur in men, just as it does in women. This is an indication that oestrogen is in excess, if it should happen, please increase the amount. For more info please see our page on Oestrogen Dominance. You might like to read these comments from other men too, see here, herehere, here, here, here and here. Take care Wray
