Hi Ann I suggest you change to another form of progesterone. Oral is the least effective Delivery system. And increase the amount too, 25 mg/day, even if as a cream or suppository, won't give you enough. We do have more info on our page How to use progesterone cream. Please also read the page on Oestrogen Dominance too, as this can occur when increasing the amount. Take care Wray

Progesterone usage by: Wray
Hi there We do have info on the page I gave you on how to use progesterone. It gives the amount I recommend plus when to use it. We also have more info on our Menstruation page. I do advise using progesterone daily if symptoms are severe, for about 2-3 months if pre-menopausal. And then following the cycle again. I don't know how old you are, as I do recommend daily use if in the end stages of Peri-menopause or in Menopause. Take care Wray
