Hi Emily Yes we've been making the complex for a few years now, and it's certainly helped many people. It's not on our website yet, there have been so many other things we've had to attend to. One day I hope! It does contain GABA, but not theanine. I prefer to work with amino acids needed by the body on a daily basis. Theanine is extracted from green tea, and is an analog of the aminos glutamate and glutamine. It does appear to stimulate the GABA receptors, GABA being one of our most calming neurotransmitters. It also contains other calming aminos like glycine, taurine, tyrosine and glutamine, plus the B vitamin inositol which is very good for OCD. Progesterone also stimulates the GABA receptors, hence it's ability to calm, see here, here, here, here and here. The progesterone metabolite allopregnanolone is an even more potent calming hormone, the body can only convert it from progesterone. I've tried to look on the link you've given me, but it won't open. I've tried many times, and other sites which have the cream, but failed each time. I will continue looking though. Take care Wray
Is there ANY way I could buy your cream before I bought this cream??? I'd rathier buy calming cream from someone with your experience and knowledge.
Thank you soooo much have a bless day!!! Thank you for all you do with getting us this information, God called on you to help us and for this I'm greatful!

Cream by: Wray
Hi there Thanks again for the link. I have continued trying to get on the site, but fail each time. I even asked my brother, who came back saying corrupt link, and yet you can get on! I would really like to know the ingredients first, but I must tell you ours is an oral complex, not a cream. It has far too many ingredients, plus the daily dose is 4tsp! Bless you for the kind words too, it encourages me when people come back with such kind things to say. Take care Wray
