When to stay avd when to up dose?

Hello

I'm quite confused. I'm in peri menopause. Taking 100mg prog cream for the last month. Had an awful month of bad symptoms. I'm unclear if I should increase the cream to try avd avoid the synptoms or if I just need to ride it out, as you say it takes 2 to 6 months to adjust.

How do you make that decision??? When do you stick and when do you ride it out for the months???

Hi Sue

Yes definitely increase to 200mg per day as see how you get on. You will have to experiment to see what works for you best. Your body will tell you when you need to use more.
