Biodentical Progesterone helps Control bleeding

I also helps in preventing Uterus Cancer and it also is helping my condition having an enlarged Uterus resulting from multiple fibroids, which led to uncontrolled bleeding at my age!

By taking the biodentical Progesterone only, (tablet, 200mg) for days 1-10 for one year now... this has totally controlled the bleeding and hasn't changed the size of the Uterus, but hasn't increased it either or increased the size of the fibroids.

I would like to convert to the creme but question its stabilization in absorbing the correct amount needed to control my condition. My OB/GYN recommends down the line UAE to embolize the fibroids, rather than rely on reaching Menopause for them to shrink.

Biodentical Progesterone helps Control bleeding

I'm pleased the progesterone has helped, but oral progesterone is the least efficient delivery system, you'll find the cream far more effective. Please see these papers...

I'm very puzzled why you have been told to use it during days 1-10, as that's in the follicular phase, when oestrogen is being made. Progesterone should only be used from ovulation for the next 14 days, when bleeding will occur. You might like to see this web page on fibroids.

If you change to the cream please continue using 200mg/day, fibroids are evidence oestrogen is too high, a low dose will not help. Fibroids are also a sign of oxidative stress, please consider taking vitamin D (5000IU's/day) and the amino acid N-acetyl cysteine (1000-5000mg/day), both powerful anti-inflammatories/antioxidants. Take care, Wray
