Should I continue using DIM

51 years
I started taking DIM 300mg for past 1.5 years. I now read that actually I am short of progesterone. Should I continue to take DIM?
As per site we dont need to worry about Estrogen ? Am I understanding it correctly?

Hi there. We don't believe that any women needs to use extra estrogen. There are well over 100 estrogen mimics in our Environment as it is. Using extra estrogen merely adds to Estrogen Dominance symptoms which you are certainly suffering from as you are not using progesterone. After saying that, there are women who feel that extra estrogen helps them. The choice to use it or not is entirely up to the individual. Personally, I would never use it.

Are you happy with DIM? If you are using DIM to help reduce your estrogen level and it's not helping, try calcium d glucarate. Some find it helps them far more. If you are happy with DIM, then continue using it, but you really do need to get your progesterone levels up. Please read How to use Progesterone Cream for more information.
