I am writing on behalf of my wife. She is currently 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant. The doctor we visited at the start of the pregnancy has prescribed her HCG 5000 iu for 4 weeks. During the start of 6th week she had light blood spotting once only and we went to different doctor. She checked the her with some equipment and told the baby was fine with normal heart beat. She prescribed her now with Gestofit 100 iu for 6 weeks. Since we stopped visiting the first doctor, I want to be sure whether the dosage of HCG 5000 iu for 4 weeks needs to be continued. The new doctor did conform me that she needs to complete the HCG 5000 iu for 4 weeks along with Gestofit 100 iu for 6 weeks as these both are different medicines.
I am little optimist here. Please advise
