Hi Joy,
I just recently heard of progesterone resistance. I don't recall reading anything about it here. So was wondering what your input is? I have tried progesterone every way they produce it. Have used tons of cream too.... no consistent results. Look forward to your reply.

Hi Kaye

You can be sure that Wray has covered most topics regarding progesterone, it's benefits and adverse symptoms including Progesterone Misconceptions, read her comment here. The search bar is a useful tool.

I am not sure why progesterone therapy is not working for you. If you have used tons of it, then I am at a loss as to why you haven't benefited from it, but something is the cause.

The following can also cause progesterone levels to drop:

* lack of or drop in Vitamin D3 levels
* high estrogen
* high testosterone
* high LH
* high FSH sugars of any kind
* large meals
* alcohol
* stress
* insulin resistance
* high level of phytoestrogens in the diet
