Fixed my sleeping problems

by Maxine
(Canada)

I was having major sleeping problems for about a year, doctors sent me for sleep studies, it showed I did not have sleep apnea, but did show signs of insomnia, and a lot of twisting and turning in my sleep. To make a long story short, my sleeping problems became so bad I was on the verge of losing my job because I was completely exhausted all the time.

After complaining to multiple doctors for quite some time about the sleeping problems and the exhaustation, I then found a doctor who prescribed progesterone, and it has changed my life, I am sleeping much better, have more energy, etc.

Hi Maxine I'm delighted the progesterone has helped your sleep, it should, see here. For more info on progesterone please see our page on How to use progesterone. As you live in Canada you could be short of vitamin D, see here, here, here and here. A lack of this also effects sleep, plus it reduces the benefits of progesterone. Please have a test done, for more info on this please see the Vitamin D council and GrassrootsHealth websites. Take care Wray
