3. Weight gain –
4. Dizziness/vertigo –
5. Dry skin/alligator skin/dry heels/dry lips
6. Tired/outta sorts/not feeling myself
7. Rapid heartbeat/heaviness on chest -
8. Insomnia – waking up consistently at 1 am
11. Cystic acne –

Can you please provide guidance? Thanks,

JK

Hi JK

You are suffering from Estrogen Dominance. You are also in Peri-Menopause which can be a terrible time for most women. Between 100-200mg progesterone is needed daily. A good progesterone cream such as Natpro will help you. It should be used every day with no breaks until symptoms clear and you feel stable enough to use by following your cycle again. Please read How to use Progesterone Cream.

Please read the page on Dizziness it might help you. Excess estrogen is one of the most common causes. You might also like to read the page on Acne.

Vitamin D3 is very important, a deficiency reduces the benefits of progesterone. Nothing less than 5,000iu's per day is needed. Optimal range is between 70-100ng/ml. Magnesium and vitamin K2 with no soy are important co-factors needed when taking vitamin D3.
